Little Hiccups
Little Hiccups is a Leeds-based support group for children and families with special needs and disabilities.
Founded by two mums who both have children with special needs, Little Hiccups is a group which brings families together to help support each other and make friends with those in similar situations.
The charity is based in Leeds and they run regular events and activities in and around the local area, including family fun days and short breaks.
Little Hiccups are keen to find volunteers and fundraisers to help support this popular group.
They are holding a Charity Christmas Ball on 24th November – more info can be found here.
We’re donating £250 to Little Hiccups to contribute towards an annual short break for the families they support.
Why did we choose Little Hiccups?
With a number of nominations, the public have been very supportive of Little Hiccups, as well as our internal staff at Ison Harrison. Little Hiccups have a close relationship with James Thompson, our Head of Clinical Negligence, and with both internal and external nominations and very valid reasons for choosing this charity as one of #TheBig40, we had no hesitation in including Little Hiccups in our first 20 shortlisted charities.
